I bought a 2014 Q50 that blew up in white smoke after 15 minuets of driving it off the lot, I then had to wait in an dark empty parking lot for 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck to come, leaving me without a car until I could pick up a rental from them two days later. I’ve gone through 3 different cars from the sharpest rides in two days (First one I bought overheated, the loaner car stirring Columb broke, the second loaner is ok) on top of that every time i ask for assistance from the people I am ignored to the fullest extent (Mind you the men there are terribly sexist and take absolute advantage of women that are alone buying cars). The Sharpest Rides refuses to work with me at my request to return the car(Mind you i have not been able to drive my new car except the first 15 minuets I drove it off the lot). My family and i have bought a total of 9 cars from the sharpest rides and never had a problem till now, we won’t be returning back to sharpest rides as we now know that once you get the bad end of the stick with there cars you will NOT be taken care of. The sales men are quick to be at your assistance before the sale, yet they disappeared and we’re very hard to contact them when I was having problems with the car. Save your money and don’t buy a car from this dealership. More

Great place I was looking for a car in my price and we found a VW Passat and I love it! We got in it and the sunroof didn’t work. The dealership said they would f I was looking for a car in my price and we found a VW Passat and I love it! We got in it and the sunroof didn’t work. The dealership said they would fix it for me before I took the car. They fixed the sunroof and also painted the side mirrior that was a different color. Lawrence was very good with us. We were there really late trying to make a decision and he was patient and wasn’t pushy! Also he even made it possible to surprise me with my car while I was in a photoshoot! I could tell he really cared about me getting my car and not him just selling another car! Also the whole community there was very pleasant. I am a Christian and I think I was told God Bless about 10 times. They really care and that meant a lot to me. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car! I am now a happy owner of a VW! The only reason why I give them a 4 not a 5.. we are having issues with the Bluetooth.. it wasn’t reset and no one can figure out how to reset it and I might have to pay a $125 fee to fix it. More

Now in 2017-2018 I have been working with Ryan, he is manipulative and a Liar, he has not been helping with my situation about a vehicle that does not work, and is lying about it. From September 2017 when the in-house financed vehicle began to did out everyday, it seemed as if the company was going to help us now for the past 11 months I have sent the vehicle back and forth only to be told it was dead. Even after numerous attempts of maintenance the vehicle still acts the same payments are still made and even when the vehicle is driven every day it dies. There is no cause for fraudulence I have purchased from this company before so it is sad me and numerous others I’ve been in contact with have been treated the same. I am a veteran they seemed helpful but i was wrong. Good day. More
