My only negative comment would be that the Vinmark fee was not explained until I questioned it during during the final financial processing but that is true of the other dealers that I had worked with as well. Buying a certified pre-owned 2017 Camry. Andy was patient, kind, determined, professional, respectful and refused to give up until I I found the car I wanted. It was a stressful time for every person in the State as the Governor was shutting it down that evening. In fact, the dealership was closing until further notice just after I left. There were unforeseen issues, that were beyond Andy's control, with the first cars that interested me. I was happy about the second choice only to be dashed again. When it came down to the third and final choice, Andy sweetened the deal to the best of his ability given the horrible circumstances as our Nation faced Covid-19 lockdown. I had sent and received many emails the night before while communicating with Frack C. Between Frank's behind the scenes help and Andy's amazing service (Andy even picked me up at home). I left as happy as could be expected with a safe and secure ride as I face the Corona virus head on as a nurse on the front lines. More
