He gave me all of the information, all of the details about a car and what my payments will be. He listened to all of my concerns and questions, without being overbearing. The car is marvelous. I have always been a Honda fan. Not anymore!!! There is simply no comparrison! I also paid attention to the customers who were waiting for the cars to be serviced. It looks like the service department is working very efficiently. There was not one customer who was complaining. The atmosphere was very welcoming. There was hot coffee, that you can actually see right away, and it was hot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to anyone looking for a car. More

I'd like to thank Paul Mochalln, my sales rep on my purchase of 2011 Camry. He was very upfront on everything I asked him, no nonsense or high pressure sales pitch to make a deal immediately. I Had a purchase of 2011 Camry. He was very upfront on everything I asked him, no nonsense or high pressure sales pitch to make a deal immediately. I Had asked to test drive two particular cars I had picked out, He said no problem and proceeded to get keys for both vehicles. My test drive on the first car was fine but the route I had taken was jammed with traffic and took longer to get back to the dealership, when I arrived Paul was waiting and asked how was the car, I told him and also stated that traffic was backed up. He suggested a different route where I could really get a feel for the car. Well the ride went well, the conversation and experience of discussing the car and what I wanted went even better. No major haggling or misinformation, He listened to me and presented me with a figure I discussed what I thought i would need, and between Paul & management we had a fair deal....... It was a pleasant experience dealing with Paul & Faulkner Toyota. More
