Purchase of New Car My overall impressions of the Nissan cars has been one of the driving forces when I had decided to purchase a new car. I had seen many ads for Gates My overall impressions of the Nissan cars has been one of the driving forces when I had decided to purchase a new car. I had seen many ads for Gates and also they were recommended to me by several people I know. My first visit to Gates was wonderful, not only was I greeted by Paul Mazza outside the building but other people whom I assumed worked there as well. Nice feeling to see smiles and graciousness. Paul listened to what I had to say and what I was looking for in a new car. I also mentioned I was not yet ready to buy, but probably in mid April or so. I never felt pressured to buy and to me that is very important as I will ask questions and expect the sales people to respect and understand my concerns etc. Paul called a few times left messages and never once did I feel pressured. When I decided I was ready to pursue buying a new car I called ahead to be certain that Paul would be working that day. I was greeted as a real person not just someone who may buy a car. Paul took a lot of time to listen to exactly what I wanted and as I had done research into the Nissan Altima and the various packages that I could have also the price range and trade in of my present car, he was so down to earth and very easy and comfortable to talk to. I felt he was very honest and open and on a few questions I asked he checked on and overall I had such a wonderful experience at the dealership. The Business Manager was very open and interested in me as a person as well. I felt very relaxed and comfortable there. Everyone who passed by the desk had a smile and said hello which was very nice. When I went to pick up my car today Paul explained everything on the running of the car down to the smallest detail. When I left with my new car I felt comfortable and was reassured by Paul that I can call at anytime if I have questions.. I was also introduced to the maintenance department people who will car for the car when I bring it in for service. All small details, I feel, were very well covered. I would return there in the future for new vehicles and ask for Paul Mazza. I highly recommend Gates Dealership to everyone as I feel they will be given extremely great service and feel like someone cares about them. More

This was the best car purchasing experience I have had. The entire staff, even those that I didn't actually work with, was professional, friendly and courteous. Gates offered a fantastic internet price on The entire staff, even those that I didn't actually work with, was professional, friendly and courteous. Gates offered a fantastic internet price on the vehicle. When I walked into the showroom, Paul greeted me and we immediatley located the truck, drove it and sat down to talk price. No pressure, just right to business and the bottom line, which I appreciated. I left a deposit to think about the purchase over the weekend, and did some research at other dealerships. No one could even come within $2000 of Gates price. On Monday, my only decision was which color and options. And that was wasn't the simplest, because Gates had so many more Frontiers than any of the other dealers. On Tuesday I returned, and within about 90 minutes, completed the transaction, including financing. If I had any complaint, it would be that the internet price was so low, I couldnt squeeze another penny out of the deal. But that's the kind of complaint you actually like to have. If the price alone wasn't good enough, since I had no trade-in and live 30 miles away from Gates, Paul even offered to have someone pick me up so I wouldn't have to find a ride to get my new truck. I would have to categorize that as above and beyond. More
