Paul is the man! He’s beyond exceptional. Was on the lookout for the vehicle we wanted and once it was an available he communicated with us and we reserved the vehicl He’s beyond exceptional. Once it arrived, once again he communicated with us and delivered the vehicle that same night!!! I love this guy! He not only catered to our schedule but he explained the vehicle technology to my wife and we took it for a test drive. Never feeling rushed or pressured. He even assured us that if we didn’t like it or decided not to move forward it was no problem. We are in our fifth lease vehicle from d&m and we were very apprehensive at first but it worked out. Always under warranty and driving the best part of the vehicle’s life. Paul is our guy though. He’s so easy to work with and answers all of our questions no matter how many we have. Deal is done quickly and he’s pretty darn accurate with numbers too so no surprises. We will continue to be customers especially because of Paul. So Happy with the new ride. More
