Sold us a lemon. We brought it back a day later and the management would do nothing for us. Treated us badly and made us feel uncomfortable. They told us NOT to buy the “buy happy” warranty then would do management would do nothing for us. Treated us badly and made us feel uncomfortable. They told us NOT to buy the “buy happy” warranty then would do NOTHING For us when we wanted to buy a more expensive vehicle. Will tell friends and family. Used car manager is cocky. Guided us to buy a full warranty, which we did. But issues with the car weren’t under the warranty of course. Absolutely the worst to deal with. Car salesman was nice and all but knew nothing. Over promised and under delivered. Horrible !!!!! More

I really appreciate Paul’s work in setting me up with my new Subaru Ascent. I felt that his approach was consultative and that he was my advocate.
