I went in to Dartmouth Toyota to inquire about a new vehicle after they called and sent me letters! The gentleman In Dartmouth was absolutely horrible! He was rude and ignorant, had no interest in giving me any information and the little info he did give I later learned was all false! 4 days later I met with Sharon from Bristol Toyota, she went above and beyond to meet all my requests and answer all my questions. She got me in a car with everything I wanted for the exact price range I gave her! She even stayed 45 min after they were closed to make sure everything was complete and I left in the car that night! I have learned that Bristol Toyota is the way to go! I will never go to Dartmouth for anything, EVER again! More

From Prius V to RAV4 Paul and Marina were A pleasure to work with! When we were originally shopping we were in search of a PriusV. After going back and forth with our decision at a late date, after Paul started the car locate process for the color of the Prius V that we wanted. When We decided that the RAV4 hybrid was a better fit for us, there was no issue. Paul was very resilient and responsive, Marina Has incredible communication skills, and made buying EASY for us. I sold my personal vehicle 2 days before the RAV4 arrived and they were so kind to provide me with a loaner! Who does that!?! When the RAV4 hybrid arrived I was so impressed by Marina's service! She spent over an hour with me going through the ENTIRE car, she was personable, kind and very detailed! Thanks Bristol Toyota!!! More

I was never once put in an uncomfortable position with any of the sales associates or made to feel like I was any less important than a customer buying a new vehicle. All my questions were answered to the best of the associates abilities and if they didn't know an answer off hand they would quickly find out for me. The finance department went above and beyond to find the most economically viable method for me to finance my truck as well. Overall it was a very welcoming and thoroughly explained process. Also I believe it was sales associate Ryan Silva's first sale and he was extremely professional and courteous throughout. More
