Will take your money then lie to you. On July 22,2019 I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Freehold Toyota. I was persuaded to take a Vehicle Service Agreement for $1,795.00, for which they char On July 22,2019 I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from Freehold Toyota. I was persuaded to take a Vehicle Service Agreement for $1,795.00, for which they charged me sales tax. After 25 days I canceled the VSA (within the 30 day window without penalty) and was told by Toyota Financial that the $1795. would be credited to my principal loan amount. I asked about the sales tax of $154,81 and they said I would get that back from the dealer. I called the dealer and spoke to Paul Leahy Business Manager Finance dept. who sold me the policy. He said he would submit a refund but it will most likely go to Toyota Financial towards my loan. It has been over 2 months and has still not been credited to my account. I have called him on 8/19, 9/24 and 10/4. the first 2 calls he told me it would take 5 days. after that he does not answer my calls or return my calls. All of my calls have been recorded. Do not use this dealership. More
