I bought a 2017 Honda pilot from DCH toyota. As soon as i drove it off the lot the transmission went literally 30 mins into me driving it home. I had to get it towed. Its been almost a 45 days. I advise anyone reading this to NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership. After completing the purchase, the salesman had the BRAND NEW vehicle detailed and stated there were no scratches or issues wit from this dealership. After completing the purchase, the salesman had the BRAND NEW vehicle detailed and stated there were no scratches or issues with the vehicle. It was pouring down rain but after reviewing the car, I found a massive scratch right away which come to find out the detail shop saw and never said anything. I had to follow-up every day for a WEEK just to get this issue resolved and the issues just continued from there. After the dealership registered the vehicle with the DMV a few weeks later, they asked me to pay an additional $450. After further investigation, it turned out the dealership used the WRONG tax rate! This dealership seemingly cant execute pretty basic elements of selling cars so please take your business elsewhere! More
