Our sales rep Paul made us feel like friends from the minute we met him. He was so welcoming and so helpful. We were concerned that the car we wanted would not fit in our garage. We lived nearby so while on a test drive we drove to our house and tested that concern. Who does that!!? Needless to say we are happy to be part of the Toyota family and absolutely love our new Grand Highlander. I will definitely recommend Holman Toyota to my friends and will send them to Paul. He made the entire process easy and seamless!. I also want to mention Carl Tassy in financing who was very clear about our options and handled the whole process of purchasing the car so easy.
