We continue to get great service from this dealership. Today we brought in a KIA Sportage and asked for a state Inspection on no notice. Paul was able to work us in the schedule and in less than an hour Today we brought in a KIA Sportage and asked for a state Inspection on no notice. Paul was able to work us in the schedule and in less than an hour total time including wash and inside cleaning we were on the way home. Paul has always taken care of our needs and is an excellent communicator. More

Worst service EVER. Have our car in service for the second time for manufacture recall. The car is there for the second time because of their failure to service the car Have our car in service for the second time for manufacture recall. The car is there for the second time because of their failure to service the car correctly the first time it was brought in for recall. Car has been in the service bay for over a week. Cannot get a return phone call from service, customer service or a General Manager for an update. We have left messages numerous times with no response. Refusal to give a loaner/ rent car to a working single mother of 4 children while car is there. Jose Marquez lied and said we had to prove oil changes showing receipts required by our warranty to receive service for the recall. (Warranty has NOTHING to do with a manufacture recall) Will never buy a car from Kia again because of this experience. Customer service and communication is the worst. More
