Great Experience with Paul Biermann - Definitely Coming Back I spotted a used car online I wanted to buy, but unfortunately it was gone by the time I came by to look. I met Paul Biermann who was super easy to work with. I gave him my criteria for the car I was looking for and he said he'd call me back when a used car came in that fit my needs. Within a week he called me back and had a used Honda Civic with low mileage and a fair price. Shortly after purchase we noticed a small crack in the windshield that was growing bigger with the changes in weather. We let Paul know and he took care of it. We also had a great experience with Paul Fix in the service department and the car is road ready! I really felt like Paul listened to exactly what I wanted. The buying process was quick and simple and they didn't try to hard sell me on any add-ons or financing. I got the out the door price straight away and that means a lot to me. I will be referring family and friends here and coming back myself in the future. Best car buying experience I've ever had. More

I was at the dealership in November 2019 having a new battery installed when I noticed a demo 2019 VW Atlas, which had features on it that I did not have on my 2018 but wish I had purchased. i worked with Richard and we were able to trade in my 2018 Atlas and cash and was able to upgrade to the features I wanted. One would not think that "loyalty" is a word that could be associated with a car dealership? However that it truly what our feelings are towards the Dean Team Ballwin: loyal. We always feel "at home" when we visit the dealership, whether for service or to look at a new car. We never feel any pressure or anxiety of any kind; there is complete trust. Of course, it does help that they represent two brands that offer everything we look for in a car. Yet, the car alone does make the sale.
