I bought a used certified 2019 car recently from Volvo Norwood, they are very responsive till the sale happens. My car had many issues, their service department sucks and they dont even know how to fix a Norwood, they are very responsive till the sale happens. My car had many issues, their service department sucks and they dont even know how to fix a simple thing. I wouldn't recommencement them to anyone. If you need peace of mind, please stay away from them. They offer you warranty and coverage for 2 months,but once the sale happened, they dont even care about you and its very hard to reach them, they dont even answer the call. Very bad experience working with them. More

Honestly, one of the best dealership experience I’ve had maybe ever. Had an unexpected “oh shi*” screw in the tire, husband was on an airplane so had to take our toddler. I was dreading it because of how lo maybe ever. Had an unexpected “oh shi*” screw in the tire, husband was on an airplane so had to take our toddler. I was dreading it because of how long things typically take whenever you go to the dealer. Packed up things to feed us & stay occupied. We get there and from the second we pulled it it was a good experience! The manager helped get us setup with a movie & he noticed our little one was nervous so he brought her a stuffed animal. There was more than just the tire wrong & rather than us having to take a loaner home, they got it ALL done in less than 2 hours. We met a lovely lady waiting for her car also & it felt like we were only there 30 min. Seriously the best service ever! Thank you Norwood Volvo 🙌🏻 More
