I just moved to the area and took my Mazda 3 to Sport Mazda for it's first servicing. The staff was very quick and polite, and I received text updates as I waited. About halfway through servicing, I got Mazda for it's first servicing. The staff was very quick and polite, and I received text updates as I waited. About halfway through servicing, I got an email and a text with a video rundown of the checks that were performed on my car, along with a walkthrough of everything. This isn't something I've ever experienced at another dealership, and I found it to be really helpful and a much better method than the service guy speed talking to me after my car is done. I decided to wait in the dealership for my car. The waiting area has complimentary beverages and is overall fairly comfortable. I think I'll just drop it off next time though as it took a while for my car to be done (which I've found to be the case nearly everywhere). There is a live feed of the service bay in the waiting area, so that's nice. You can see where your car is the entire time. More
