Customer service was awesome. I placed interest in an Impreza on the internet and I was emailed by Paul. He was very professional and to the point. He offered great information on what Lithia had and st Impreza on the internet and I was emailed by Paul. He was very professional and to the point. He offered great information on what Lithia had and stock and the prices; no tricks or gimmicks. When I got in contact with him and let him know when I was available to come in, he took time from his day off to show me an Impreza and introduce me to Jesse; great team work! Jesse was very helpful and very courtious during the negotiation phase. Randy saw that we had been there a while and came by to offer a snack and to thank us for our patience; great customer service! Overall I was very happy with the deal and I would recommend Lithia to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More

I told them what I was looking for and had the chance to drive another model at a similar price since there were no Imprezas available. After that they kept me informed every time one came in until I had a drive another model at a similar price since there were no Imprezas available. Well the brand speaks for itself, so I'll leave that alone. I came to lithia because Paul had sold me or last outback. It was a pleasant experience then, so I was hoping for the same this time. Pleased to report that Paul actually remembered me and my family and was just as easy to deal with as I had remembered. This time I, was also able to work with Jesse who is equally as human and real. The days is feeling bruised and beaten by car salesmen are a thing of the past. Paul, Jesse and lithia have my vote for the best place to get set up with a great car. More

We traded in our Volvo XC90 that we were upside down in, and the staff there was very eager & more than willing to go the extra mile to get us into a 2012 Impreza Sedan.
