I’ve purchased two new Audi Q8s and my daughter purchased a VW Atlas from Paul Betcher. His service and attention to detail have been excellent. I wanted a certain color of Q8 that they did not have in stock a VW Atlas from Paul Betcher. His service and attention to detail have been excellent. I wanted a certain color of Q8 that they did not have in stock, but they located one in Iowa, and brought it to Rochester. They were very professional. I wish they had a Q3 that I could have tested. I had to go to another dealership to do that. I wish they had a Q3 that I could have tested. I had to go to another dealership to do that. More

I have owned over 60 cars and I would rate Paul as one of the most insightful and asked great questions and listened to our answers. He made sure that I knew the car’s operation before I left.
