As part of the follow up process we began working with Paul Bacon and arrived at a great deal on a great car. Nick Truax worked with us on the financing and was extremely helpful. Paul also arranged for the car to be delivered and can not say what an added extra bonus this was!!! Dan arrived and delivered the vehicle and was very courteous and professional. Thomas Gates was very helpful in finding me a car that fits all my needs. When I came into pick up the car Thomas was out on a test drive with another customer so instead of making me wait for Thomas to fits all my needs. When I came into pick up the car Thomas was out on a test drive with another customer so instead of making me wait for Thomas to come back Paul Bacon starting getting everything moving so I didn't have to wait. As soon as Thomas came back I went back to working with Thomas. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Paul was very accommodating and helpful during my purchase of my new car. I live about 7 hours away and only was in Connecticut for a 2 day time period.
