After 4-5 emails we setup the price and pickup date. That save the time for both of us. On the pickup date, I test the car but I forgot brought all of documents for my trade-in car. It is long commute from dealer store to my home(more than one hour driving distance). Paul drove the new car followed me to pickup the documents and left new car to me. Thanks Paul! "Gates is best - no contest!!" How many ways can EXCELLENT describe the people at Gates in North Windham? I am not certain about the exact number, but everyone from the person who cheerfully answers the phone to the mechanics who skillfully do the hands-on vehicle work, all of them have provided us with EXCELLENT experiences. Although we did not purchase our two vehicles from Gates, we have brought them there to be serviced. Why???...because Paul Bacon, the gentleman who 'sold' us both of them, joined the Gates team! We have encouraged friends to seek his advice when they had problems with their vehicles and solutions provided elsewhere were far from optimal. When it is time for us to bid farewell to our vehicles, Paul will be our 'go to' guy for sure! In the Service Department, Randy Ingle is just terrific. He manages to fit our 'emergencies' into the busiest of schedules. We are exceedingly pleased with all of our experiences at Gates which even include a ride to or from home when necessary. Now, that is service above and beyond for sure!!!! More
