Buy With Confidence My first automobile purchase totally online. I admit I had more than a little concern about internet fraud as I live in GA and the vehicle was in TX. My first automobile purchase totally online. I admit I had more than a little concern about internet fraud as I live in GA and the vehicle was in TX. But after finding the perfect Lexus, I did lots of research, reviews, etc. about Ecarone, and I was able to become comfortable with the wire transfer. It was all downhill from there! Vince even helped arrange delivery ... to my door, and kept me posted on the process via text. I love the vehicle. Customer service was great. Buy with confidence. Thank you all at Ecarone! More

Hi-tech, Hi-quality, Great Value, Great Care!! Having relocated from the East Coast, and not having many contacts in the DFW area; I had to do some serious research to find the right dealership to Having relocated from the East Coast, and not having many contacts in the DFW area; I had to do some serious research to find the right dealership to purchase my Mercedes. After reading countless 5-Star reviews from customers, I came to the conclusion that e-CarOne was the right dealership. Now, how do I find the right car? That's where Jaren comes in. Jaren was personable and knowledgeable and set up test drives for each of the cars I found on their amazing website. After I chose "my car," Jaren made certain that the entire purchasing process went smoothly and kept me informed with his witty and fun-filled updates. This was indeed a stellar car buying experience, one of many purchases I expect to make from e-CarOne! More

They ab Came down to Dallas from Tulsa, OK to find a new car. Wasted time looking at a few other locations. Found E-Carone online and went over there. They absolutely helped us out. I don't know much about cars and the process was super simple. The valet process was awesome, I picked a few cars, they pulled them all around the front, I test drove a few of them, and loved the one I ended up with! There were a few small issues with the car but they handled it. It is now gorgeous and running well so far! Overall it was a great experience. More
