He made some recommendations based off of what i needed for the commute and my interest in a vehicle. I was looking for a commuter ( maybe a elantra) come to find out the Elantra was more than i was looking for and he was quick to point out the Volester. This car was 5k less then the Elantra and was fitting my personality a little more. It was sportier, Same great gas mileage, and I didn't feel like I just bought a "mom car". I appreciate the time and thought he put into my experience and not once, did I feel like a number to him. More

My dad recommended that I turn the Jeep in for something a bit more reliable. He had heard good things from family members about Hyundai so he came up to help me pick one out. I left that day with a lease for a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I loved the car. The gas mileage was great, it was big enough to hold our family, and it was fun and safe to drive. Now that this lease is ending, my husband and I came in to decide if I should buy my current Hyundai or trade it in. Car stuff is not my idea of a good time but this entire trip went so smoothly. PJ directed us to Patrick. I told Patrick that I was interested in sticking with the Elantra but I wanted to look at the car colors and interior options. They had many cars to choose from and he was patient when I was comparing interiors colors. We did a test drive and he pointed out all the features. I was sold! They helped me with my lease that was ending, they set up my online account, and Finance was a breeze. We were in and out in 2 hours. That's amazing! Patrick was incredibly helpful, he even set up my phone to blue tooth. I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. It's nice to know that he didn't force us into a car just to make a sale. He was patient and understanding with what I was wanting to purchase. I ended up leaving with exactly what I want. If this car is anything like my 2012 Hyundai, I will continue to be a dedicated customer. I highly recommend the Hyundai and I encourage you to ask for Patrick when you stop in! More

After speaking with Brian Shaffer on the phone, my husband and I chose to come to Roseville Hyundai to look for a new Sonata. We live in Stockton, but the drive was well worth our time. We were met by Patrick Sousa upon arrival and his friendly manner put us at ease immediately. Patrick showed us different models and took us for a trial drive. After deciding on a beautiful silver Sonata, we asked that the seats be changed out to leather and, again, Patrick helped us pick a color . Patrick was a joy to work with and we have already told some friends to seek him whenever they are ready to shop. Today, Patrick delivered the Sonata to our front door and graciously took time to demonstrate all the features of the car.
