Dishonesty and lack of communication Knew we were going to buy a Hyundai, had everything arranged, financing included. Called two days prior told them car we wanted. Car was not on lot, they had to go get it. Was told it would take less than 1 hour, it took 5. They did not tell us it was being used as a demo on the other lot and that it had 595 miles on it. When we finally received it, the car had straw wrappers and food crumbs in it. We were very disappointed in the service we received. Called the dealership, they offered us a free car wash. We live one and a half hours away. We will not go back. More

My anxiety on purchasing a new vehicle was soon put to rest. Patrick Souza went above and beyond the call of duty. And Brian Shaffer worked with us to give us the deal we simply could not turn down. All in all a very positive and memorable experience. The only improvement I would recommend is in the finance. We worked with Brandon who was very thorough with all of the paper work we needed to sign. However he seemed robotic in his approach and he made it appear tedious, he lacked personality. He even played along in a minor lighthearted prank with the true nature of the car, where I was told the car would be blue (my least favorite color), but it showed up in the beautiful orange that I dreamed of.
