Poor customer service, incompetent When they are trying to get your sale customer service is top notch. I went in to look at cars in a certain price range, and was shown a car 3-5k over When they are trying to get your sale customer service is top notch. I went in to look at cars in a certain price range, and was shown a car 3-5k over that price range. ( nice subtle up sell) this didn’t bother me because I could afford the more expensive car and I found one that I really loved. Over the next three weeks they contacted me via text reminded me the car was still available while I did my research elsewhere. When I decided on purchasing my vehicle I asked how soon can I be in my new vehicle? Sales rep said the next day. I made various plans with this being the expectation. I came in to start signing some paperwork and give money for my down payment. Here is where it started to go downhill. I was sent over to file paperwork with someone in the financial department. He was overly aggressive about selling me this warranty for the car that I felt I did not need. It was to the point that I felt it was borderline disrespectful. He continued to pressure me about purchasing the warranty and claimed that I was going to save $3000 in interest by adding the $900 warranty. I asked him to print out the warranty information so I can make a comparison between the two that was being offered, and I wanted more information about what was being covered, and information about how I was supposed to magically save $3000 of interest by adding a warranty. I stopped the sale right then and there asked for the print out information so I could take it home and review it and when I came back in tomorrow to sign I would have made an informed decision. He said he couldn’t do any of that and wrote out two lines of info on a sticky note. Upon leaving I asked when my car was going to be ready they said the next day between 12 and 1 PM. I was told that car was going to be detailed, the exterior and interior was going to be cleaned and the brakes and tires were going to be inspected and should either need replacement they were going to attend to that before letting me roll off the lot with my new purchase. At this point in time I was asked to write a review about my experience at North end motors although my sale wasn’t entirely complete. The sales rep asked me what would you rate me? I gave a good review because up until this point everything had been fairly smoothly. Fast forward to the next day I did not receive any calls of any sort whatsoever, I’m going about my day and I am actually late to pick up my car. I’m on my way into the dealership at 3:45 and I get a text from the sales rep that says my car is not ready it won’t be ready until Monday. I received no further explanation so I called, the problem was they faxed over some paperwork to my insurance company at 9 AM and failed to follow up on it all day. The registry closed at five and the dealership closed at six. So they were just prepared to throw in the towel and leave me without a car for a few more days. This was unacceptable. I spoke to the assistant manager who then told me that I need to call the insurance company!!!! I asked isn’t that his job he said that I can move things along faster (lies) I was in the dealership I called my insurance company six times while the assistant manager and the sales rep who originally helped me all attended to new customers and tried to make new sales. What I did on the phone with my insurance company was nothing that they couldn’t have done them selves. The assistant manager also came up to me to let me know that my car was not detailed and that they need to service my brakes and asked me to come in on a day of my convenience and drop off the car for two hours so they could service the brakes. These things all should’ve been done prior to me even coming into the dealership because the car was supposed to be ready between 12 and 1 o’clock. No one was trying to help me with my issue. I was calling my insurance company down to the last five minutes before the registry closed and finally got the paperwork over to the dealership at 4:55pm. I started signing my paperwork and then the sales manager comes over and says the servers were down they were unable to register my car. I can pick it up Monday. I asked to be refunded my down payment, because I felt like customer service ended as soon as they thought they made the sale. So many things went wrong, but at the end of the day there was no communication amongst the employees definitely not with the customer, and pretty much no one did their job that day, my car should’ve been ready to go PERIOD. I question how genuine those five star reviews are considering my bad service started after I made a good review. More

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had I came in not knowing what to expect as I’ve been to many dealerships and wasn’t treated in a way that I’d deem customer friendly our customer first. I have since been in and out of this place a number of times trying to finalize my decision on vehicle and they have been nothing but helpful.
