He was professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Patrick wasn't pushy, but it was clear that he was very professional after speaking with him for just a short time. We stopped at several dealerships on the way to Schoepp Motors and I was appalled at the inexperience, unprofessionalism and general lack of interest from other dealers and their sales agents. Once we arrived at Schoepp, it was clear after a short amount of time I could trust his judgement when buying a vehicle and for a family who only buys a slightly used vehicle every 8-10 year, this was extremely important to know and trust that we were getting the best vehicle for our money.
