An easy, supportive experience It took us months to decide what vehicle to purchase. We started with Patrick at Hoffman, who previously leased a vehicle to me and sold at least one, It took us months to decide what vehicle to purchase. We started with Patrick at Hoffman, who previously leased a vehicle to me and sold at least one, if not two, to our son. We ended up leasing from another dealer and it became very complicated. We decided, no more of this, and we went back to Patrick. He showed us several vehicles and we settled on two--but wanted to drive the second one, which no one had in stock. As soon as Patrick had one, I drove it, made sure it would work for our purposes, and asked him to get us one. Once the decision was made, he had a vehicle for us in a few days--and gave us a more than fair trade-in for our very old vehicle. (Thanks, Jose!) Jamal found us financing at a great rate and he made the usually painful signing on the dotted line painless. Our family has purchased six vehicles and leased one from Hoffman over the years. I'll go back there again when the lease on my other vehicle is up. More
