I had lots of questions about the 2018 CRV and the Accord. He was very thorough — enough so that i began to think maybe I should trade my 2013 CRV in on a new vehicle with all the safety features. I fell in love with the Accord EX. Pedro took me (and my husband) on a drive and showed us how all the safety features work. Then he let me drive. I knew after that that I wanted the car but wanted to sleep on it. The car was put on hold and i was back the next day to purchase it. Everything was so simple — from sales to signing paperwork to being shown the service area. A great experience! More
