I called over to Sunset and was directed to Patrick Curb. Patrick was very familiar, comfortable and confident about the program. The paperwork and process was not complicated, easy to follow. Patrick was an excellent liaison throughout the process, Audi itself treats you wonderfully during the pick, driving the car in Europe for a while was wonderful and the arrangements to ship it back to Sunset were simple, transparent and performed quickly. Once the car hit the Sunset, they spiffed it all up, removing 4000 miles of road grime and wear so I felt I was stepping into a brand new car for a second time in a couple of months! I would recommend Sunset in general and Patrick Curb in particular for any Audi purchase you are considering. More
