Best customer service from any dealer Alan Jay Toyota has it perfect when it comes to treating customers fair and honest. I live two and half hours away from Sebring and the reason I chose Alan Jay Toyota has it perfect when it comes to treating customers fair and honest. I live two and half hours away from Sebring and the reason I chose them was because they had a very good price on the Toyota Camry I wanted. I called them and because I lived very far from dealer I wanted information about the car over the phone and also had a trade in. To start Curtis was amazing at taking the time and explaining the car and they gave me somewhat a estimate of my trade in which ended up getting better when I got to the dealer at the price I wanted for trade and new Toyota. Their was a problem when I got to the dealership and they didn't have the car. GM dawn personally called apologized and worked with me for the inconvenience because I drove back home with no new Toyota. They upgraded me to better car. I never would of thought to get a call back with an apology I appreciated that a lot especially from a general manager. Best dealership ever will be sending my family and friends and will buy my next Toyota again from them. Thank you Denise, Dawn, and Curtis. Worth the two and half hour trip. More
