Walking in to the showroom we were met by Pat Marangello and it felt like we were seeing family. He introduced us to Mark Campbell who brought us to look at the cars. No matter how small the question he would rush to get us an answer. From there we met someone in the insurance department who was also helpful and then we met Hector to discuss the financing. He was also very helpful. We never felt rushed. Mark took the time to stay with us once the car was ready and explain all the new things that the car had. He was amazingly patient and caring. The whole process was very relaxing and we felt that our needs were very important to each person. More
