Love honda I will always purchase my car with Honda - great service department especially with Parrish. The only thing when I bought my car in 2010 I bought it from a sales men that seem so nice in the beginning, but once I purchase the car he could careless what came up with my car. He only out for the sales and not really there for the customer. He even lied to my little niece about something which I don't accept. So if you want a good sales man check them out first - Getting ready to purchase another car in a year and I already know who I will go too and it will not be with this uncaring person. The only reason he get the dealer of the year is because he is a phony in the beginning. More

Do the tighten-up I heard intermittent clunk while driving and as predicted was unable to recreate the noise when Parrish recommended a road test. He the set up an appo I heard intermittent clunk while driving and as predicted was unable to recreate the noise when Parrish recommended a road test. He the set up an appointment and they found that the torque on the struts needed to be tightened. I don't know how they identified the fix but it worked and my 133K mile Ridgeline is humming again. I was recently in Buenos Aires, Argentina, being driven to the airport in a Ford. While I was in the car, the driver received a call from Ford asking how satisfied he was with his car and with the service he received. He was not satisfied. He pointed out that the new car they had sold him arrived with a dead battery and they insisted on charging him for a new battery. He speculated that the original battery had been stolen by the employees and sold, being replaced by an old battery. I said to him: 'We used to have a Ford also but we switched to Honda---you should do the same". More
