We buy new vehicles about every 3 years and have not always had a positive experience buying local. After shopping a 3 state area to our surprise 5 miles down the road turned out to be the best place to always had a positive experience buying local. From the first phone call to the first meeting at the dealership we were pleased and it just got better. The vehicle we were buying had to be factory ordered Chris made that such an easy process. Johnny Durham in sales took excellent care of us, kept us informed during the wait and even called us earlier than expected for the pickup. We were greeted kindly by everyone at the dealership, never had to wait and each department took excellent care of us. The final stop before leaving with the new vehicle was with the delivery coordinator. This was the very first time we have had this experience and I can tell you it was wonderful. Technically has exploded and learning all a new vehicle has to offer can be overwhelming. In fact there’s so much there are things that you never even know your vehicle is equipped with. Adriana Burton jumped right in and showed us everything about the new vehicle. She set up the app on my phone, she walked us around to show us everything on the outside, then got in and went over every detail on the inside. She was friendly and energetic and had an answer to every question without hesitation. This is a great service they have added. Our purchase was a 2023 Yukon AT4 and this was an awesome buying experience for us. More
