Awesome car buying experience! This was my first time buying a new car so I was not really sure what to expect. Everyone that I spoke with about it had more negative things to say This was my first time buying a new car so I was not really sure what to expect. Everyone that I spoke with about it had more negative things to say than positive. I had an appointment set and Pam was there to help from the minute I stepped in the door. She was not pushy or trying to “get the sale”, and really cared about what I was looking for in a vehicle. The first car we drove I ended up really liking but she did offer to show me some more, in case I was interested. She made the whole buying experience very enjoyable and easy. Also Dan in the finance department was very quick, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend St. Charles Nissan! More

Unauthorized Credit check My wife and I had been looking for a used Rouge for quite some time and eventually made it from our home in south county all the way to St. Peter’s to My wife and I had been looking for a used Rouge for quite some time and eventually made it from our home in south county all the way to St. Peter’s to check out St Charels Nissan. When we walked in, we were greeted by Pam, who was very helpful until we couldn’t make a deal happen. After we left, someone relayed all of my information to an Andy. Andy proceeds to text me with some magical numbers. So of course I start asking questions about how he got to these numbers and all of the sudden I get an email from credit karma saying an inquiry has been made on my credit. After confronting this Andy, whome I’ve never met, he plays dumb, of course. Needless to say, they tried to take advantage of the fact that my wife and I are a younge couple and probably didn’t know what we were doing. To sum St charels Nissan up in one word, I’d go with SHADY! More
