Otto has lived in SE Connecticut for his entire life. His goals when helping his clients are to create the best purchase experience possible by; treating his clients like their guests in his home, dealing with them fairly, and helping them find the correct vehicle. There are many, many clients that return to him for these specific reasons. He celebrates a happy customer. There has always been a Volvo in his life from an 240 from the 80s to his current V90. His spare time is spent on a couple of activities. Firstly is restoring his 1946 wooden Hinckley sailboat. Secondly are daytrips with his elderly father.

Secor was a pleasant place to buy a car. I spoke with Kayleigh and she got me a price on a used certified C40. She put me in contact with Otto who I drove up to from NY to see about the car. I had worked out a price but they came in higher on my trade once seeing it. This lead to the only issue. They owned me about $1100 and the check took a while to get. It was not explained to me that they take about two weeks to make sure my check is cleared before they send out the refund. I finally got the refund about 3 weeks after my purchase. Overall it was a good experience and they did not try to pull any shenanigans with pricing. More

Just bought a Volvo S90 new to me here. Very comfortable and no pressure process, fair price and excellent service when a minor glitch happened which was promptly taken care of.
