My experience at South Dade Kia was great in terms of working Oswaldo Herrera. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience with my Fiance. However, In regards to the manager Angel, I was not very pleased. He tended to explain the same things over and over again, and didn't much care to help expedite our experience. Once I finally mentioned that I needed to leave as soon as possible did he bring me to the finance departments office and I was able to wait there until the signing of my contract. All in all I was at the dealership for close to 4 hours, which seemed like things could have been managed a lot faster. More
