Drove literally 8 hours just to work with Oscar and Mike. I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transparent and extremely fairly priced. Only dealer on the east coast not trying to charge me an outrageous market adjustment. Never once did I feel presured or like I was in a typical dealership. I got a great rate, great price, great deal on my trade in and even a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Marcus. The whole process was actually enjoyable! I'm crazy and my wife and I get new vehicles every 2 years, they have earned my business for the future and I could not recommend them enough. The tone of the conversation seemingly changed when he found out my credit score and the amount of money we were putting down. A very off putting experience. But other than that and learning that the dealer was marking up on cars just because they can, we had a positive experience. More
