Orlando was so great and professional, I have purchased several cars and this is my 3rd Mercedes and Orlando made it so easy and actually fun. I also wanted to shout out to Avery, loved spending time with several cars and this is my 3rd Mercedes and Orlando made it so easy and actually fun. I also wanted to shout out to Avery, loved spending time with her and showing me all the benefits of my new car. The world needs more people like these two. Way too often people complain and it brings me joy on complimenting people that treat me good. Both were so kind and caring. Keep hiring people like Orlando and Avery! Linda Bommarito More

The customer service is what sold me. I loved the car but I loved how knowledgeable and kind Orlando was. He checked in with me but was not pushy and I really appreciated that.
