Service was great. My Ram rebel had a recall and Steve w followed up with phone calls and texts. I was given a company vehicle to go back home. I will continue to go to Aventura Chrysler for service and when time comes to trade in my current vehicle. I took my vehicle again on May 2025 and again excellent service specially Robert who keeps checking via texts. More

They charge me more than a hundred dollars for a service I have contracted because “it doesn’t appears in the system” after that, you can spend an entire week calling them but no one will answer, and if the I have contracted because “it doesn’t appears in the system” after that, you can spend an entire week calling them but no one will answer, and if they do, your call will fall down. They will see me never again there. More

Terrible experience. When I got my car back after months of waiting they “forgot” to screw the middle console together, the thing was moving around everywhere like craz When I got my car back after months of waiting they “forgot” to screw the middle console together, the thing was moving around everywhere like crazy. After pulling my entire engine apart I wonder what else they “forgot” to screw together. I literally feel like I’m driving a death trap. Would not recommend! More
