It was my daughter's first purchase and from Omid Jalali. From our first online inquiry, he was attentive, professional, transparent and respectful. It was my daughter's first purchase and he was absolutely phenomenal. The selection of vehicles, thorough needs assessment, demonstration of features, deal offered and delivery were all excellent. Our business manager, Rick, was equally pleasant and professional. I would recommend Omid and the team at Galpin to anyone shopping for a new Volvo in Southern California. J Thompson More
