I went to other Honda dealers in Cleveland, Ohio but no salesperson was patient enough to explain to me the features of a Honda Accord. I went to Jay Honda about two weeks prior and Mr. Jeffries explained salesperson was patient enough to explain to me the features of a Honda Accord. I went to Jay Honda about two weeks prior and Mr. Jeffries explained every option available to me when I was there. This made me comfortable to purchase the car from this dealership. He followed back up within a week and sent a letter to my home of resident. When I came back to Jay Honda on February 08, 2014, Mr. Jeffries took the time again to explain all options to either buy or lease the vehicle. Then he took me on another test drive and started my paper work. He is not a ordinary salesman just trying to sale a car but he has the best interest of the customer.
