I usually contact the dealer's internet department with the specifics of what I am looking for and in 2010 Michael Hart had responded and there was no run-around. Often you get a response to come in to the dealership and the offer that was discussed changes and you start from scratch. This time I knew the people at the dealership, I was called by a representative informing me about the end-of-year 'toyotathon' deals, and I came in the same day and turned in my lease 3 months earlier.
