Salesman was not honest with us about some of the points of the sale. Did not explain exactly what the cost was or what we were getting for our trade in. I still don’t have a bill of sale or know who we a of the sale. Did not explain exactly what the cost was or what we were getting for our trade in. I still don’t have a bill of sale or know who we are financed with. This is partly our fault because we were in a hurry but we are still not comfortable with this whole sale. There was a whole other issue regarding a wheelchair lift being installed on our new car but that was eventually resolved after much aggravation. More

Have used this dealership for many years servicing our Toyota's. Buying a new Prius here was a good experience. We felt like manager Omar and salesperson Kevin were there for us.
