Very poor diagnosis, poor communication, took almost two months to fix, when ready vehicle had to go back in shop immediately due to not tightening clamps. Have no intent to ever buy another KIA. The communication from the service reps and the work from the technicians was good. However, their policy of upcharging for work covered by third party warranty along with not proving exact pricing before th the technicians was good. However, their policy of upcharging for work covered by third party warranty along with not proving exact pricing before the service was not pleasing. Our charges were almost twice our informal quote. More

They called me to come in for an open recall on my kia Sorrento. I was not experiencing an issue with my car but decided to get the recall addressed amyway because I am moving out of state. After they "fixed" my car, I suddenly began experiencing the symptoms that the recall was for. So by allowing them to work on my car they made it worse.. This was for the multi-function light switch.. Now when I drve down the street my lights go out randomly. I told them this and the said "let the switch get broken in a little and i will stop." That didn't seem correct. So I contacted other Kia dealerships and they said switches don't "get broken in" and that "that dealership should never have sent you hone with faulty lights" More
