My only complaint was when I called to schedule and ask how long it would take, i.e. did i need to leave for the day? 1/2 day, couple hrs? The woman who answered tried really hard to get someone to give a how long it would take, i.e. did i need to leave for the day? 1/2 day, couple hrs? The woman who answered tried really hard to get someone to give an answer but whoever she asked was very vague and didn't seem interested in providing a narrow window. I live 30 mins away and needed to determine if I needed a ride home More

The dealership is clean and pretty state of the art. I really did NOT like requesting information on a particular car only to find out that I wasn't speaking to anyone at the dealership! This was terribl Nobody will return your calls. They fix the wrong thing. Then wanted to charge me for it. The car was not fixed, then they fixed it. This was terrible. There was arguing and fussing. Seem like they were shorthanded almost 3 weeks to fix my car. More

I'm here from Maine because of a family emergency, I drove almost an hour to this dealership.. brought my car in with the issue of a scraping noise coming from my front driver side tire off and on while drove almost an hour to this dealership.. brought my car in with the issue of a scraping noise coming from my front driver side tire off and on while driving and the check engine light on (it came on 2 days before this appointment) I asked for a tire rotation, and oil change as well. I was told my gas tank was too full for them to test the error showing from the check engine light, but there was a recall for the same issue so that's probably what happened, but then still charged for the diagnosis. I was then told I have "dangerous amounts of rust" and should "consider buying a new car", on a 2012, with 122,000, and a new engine put in by KIA at 70,000 because the original was bad. Then while paying asked about the noise issue and I was talking to the person I had spoke to when I came in, and went over everything with him then, asked me to remind him of what I was talking about, and so I told him again, a scraping noise coming from the front driver side tire, he wasn't sure so had me drive around, and there was no sound so he said it must be fixed. I paid and left and less than a minute driving off the sound started again so I pulled back to the service dept and told him it was making it again and a service guy came out and I explained to him, and he took it back so I went to the waiting room. A few minutes later I was told by the service guy I talked to that I was "all set to go" and asked what what the sound was, and was told it was a "brake shim", so I figured something was just loose so they fixed it. So I left. again, NOPE STILL SCRAPING, but once again, I'm in town with a family emergency, as if driving back and forth to Chapel Hill to follow up with the burn center isnt enough travel, trying to go BACK is almost impossible being almost an hour away from this dealership, apparently my rust damaged car isn't worth their time to tell me HOW to stop the scraping, hopefully it's not my actual brakes. Also, they were supposed to rotate my tires, and they rotated front to back, not crosswise, which is supposed to be done as a 4wheel drive, so maybe I should check the oil to make sure they actually PUT some in, at this point I'm not sure!! Needless to say EXTREMELY PISSED. More
