Took my car into the service department thinking I'd get an actual diagnosis... big mistake. They have ZERO ability in properly diagnosing transmission issues. Instead of doing any real troubleshooting, the an actual diagnosis... big mistake. They have ZERO ability in properly diagnosing transmission issues. Instead of doing any real troubleshooting, they jump straight to "you need a whole new transmission." What really got me is they kept my car for a couple hours, charged me for "diagnostics," and all I got was them telling me the code is coming from the transmission... which I already knew before I even walked in. No deeper explanation, no effort to pinpoint the actual problem - just a lazy, expensive guess. Save your time and money, because you're basically paying them to tell you what your code reader already did. Really disappointing experience. More

Super fast response time from my initial contact. When I got there to test drive the car was pulled up and waiting on me and Duncan was eager to help and answered all my questions.
