Service Review I am an implant from Riverside Infiniti that closed its doors. Other than it being over 30 minutes to get there, the service was good. One of them inspected the car to be taken back to service in the other shuttled me back and forth quickly. I spoke with Olivia and she helped me through the service call. All are prompt and responsible and quick to do their job. One thing that was rather annoying is that I am over 30 miles away and there were no loaner cars . My choices were to sit there or another restaurant or Mall for about 3 hours. The only other thing I noticed was that they had spilled transmission fluid on my engine. There was a horrible smell until it burnt off. Also a side note. They had told me that the next time I show up I should have my differential checked. But I'm pretty sure that's already part of the package that they've already serviced. Seems like a double service to me. Other than that, the car came back washed and clean. It has been running great since I serviced it. Thank you Montclair. Look forward to a closer dealership at the end of the year. More

Great Customer Service I bought my Q60 last July and this was my first "service" visit to rotate the tires. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the employees. I bought my Q60 last July and this was my first "service" visit to rotate the tires. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the employees. All were polite and helpful. It was nice to sit down inside an office to discuss my reason for the visit instead of standing outside. My consultant was most helpful and I appreciated the nice waiting area with tv and beverages. The wait was exactly what I expected and promised and my car was clean when it was returned to me. Overall, I have been very impressed with the purchase and the customer service at this Infiniti dealership. More
