The service department is first rate. They bend over backwards to fix the car the first time and to get it back to the customer in a timely fashion. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30, and was told that there was a 90 minute wait for an oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I asked how much longer and was told everyone was at lunch. After lunch I was told there was a 90 minute wait for an oil change. At the 2 hour mark, I asked how much longer and was told everyone was at lunch. After lunch I was told it wouldn't be too much longer. My actual wait time was about 4 hours for an oil change and was told several times it was "almost" done. More

We went for my QX60 routine maintenance and they just do it better than anybody else. Staff are super accommodating and was always ready to answer my questions.
