Great experience. Salesman Rick was an honest negotiator and was knowledgable of the models we were choosing from. When we couldn't find on the lot exactly what we wanted he located one in transit that was and was knowledgable of the models we were choosing from. When we couldn't find on the lot exactly what we wanted he located one in transit that was the exact car we wanted. We shopped on a Saturday evening, negotiating on the car still not yet on the lot. But Rick stated our car would be ready for us by Monday and sure enough by Monday evening my wife was in her new car. He also gave us an identical loaner for the weekend too so she could start learning her new car before she received it. And Rick went out of his way to bring us paperwork to our home. More
