Richardson Ford was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I was purchasing from out of state, so I had a lot of questions and wanted to do my due diligence since I could not see the vehicle in person finish. I was purchasing from out of state, so I had a lot of questions and wanted to do my due diligence since I could not see the vehicle in person before moving forward. Norman was exceptional throughout the entire process. He answered every question clearly and quickly, provided a detailed video of the vehicle, and made the experience easy and straightforward. They even met me halfway so I did not have to make the full drive to Standish, Michigan. The vehicle was exactly as described, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly buy every future vehicle from Norman and Richardson Ford. More

Norman was above and beyond helpful, courteous and hardworking to help us find a car that was just right for us. He continued to follow up on details and to make sure all was well after the sale.
