I was very surprised with how my experience went at Jerry Ward Autoplex. Being a female, it is hard to find a dealership that is not going to take advantage of you. I never felt pressured into purchasing nor Ward Autoplex. Being a female, it is hard to find a dealership that is not going to take advantage of you. I never felt pressured into purchasing nor did I feel that I was lied to about anything. Mr. Norman Lee was very nice, respectful, and helpful during the entire process! Mr. Mike Aker was also very nice and helpful during the finance part of it. I also got to meet the owner, Mr. Jerry Ward. I ended up trading my car in at Jerry Ward and they gave me a great trade in price! I highly recommend Jerry Ward Autoplex! I will definitely be using them again in the future! More
