I began talking with the Salesman Norman Lee and felt good about how he spoke with me and answered all my questions. This was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Norman allowed me to take my time and drive several trucks and made sure I felt good about my decision. I truly believe the dealership as a whole gave me a grade trade in and deal on the truck I purchased. I also worked with Tim Long in the finance office and was well pleased with his explanation my loan as well as the extended warranty I purchased. I was then introduced to the service department for any future visits I might have. Overall I can not express my gratitude except to share this experience with my many friends and family. To sum up my experience, this has put hope back into what made this country great, just good hard working Americans that do what they do not only to make a dollar but to treat people with respect honor and kindness. They went above and beyond for us. Our truck was totaled at no fault of our own. We walked in to Jerry Ward Autoplex, explaining what had happened and we had to deal with the insurance.
