The entire staff from the owner, Jerry Ward, sales manager, Matt Dunn, finance manager TimLong, and sales associate Norman Lee. The doors were opened for us, refreshments offered and we went to business. We told them what we were looking for and they had it in stock. Norman filled in the gaps where we lacked knowledge. The staff worked together as a cohesive unit in fulfilling our needs. Within 2 hours we drove off the parking lot with a 2018 Dodge Journey. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything that I needed and wanted to know. I never felt pressured and felt that I could really sit down and talk to him. His sales manager, Matt Dunn, answered every question I had. And I mean EVERY LITTLE QUESTION. Finally I went to the finance department where Tim Long walked me through all the paperwork and really helped me understand everything I was signing. Afterwards, the owner came and congratulated me on buying my new car. I don’t think I could ever buy from another place again! Everything was so easy and pressure free. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know! More

Unexpectedly wonderful I gave this dealership 5 stars for the following reasons. I pulled into the dealership just to waste 10 minutes until the store I was going to opened I gave this dealership 5 stars for the following reasons. I pulled into the dealership just to waste 10 minutes until the store I was going to opened. To my surprise, out comes a salesman, named Norman Lee came out to my car. So I was first impressed that they were open so early. Mr. Lee did not push himself on me but rather, let me know that he would be happy to answer any questions I may have. I told him that I was not ready to buy a car yet but would like to look at particular Chevy’s. To make a long story short, they had a car that was in my price range, that I loved the look of and had more extra’s than I was expecting and still within my price range. Norman introduced me to the owner, Jerry Ward, who was quite pleasant and made a pot of coffee for me because I was a bit cold and the pot was empty. Come on, how many owners make you coffee and don’t ask someone else to fix it! Respect Jerry. Next was Tim Long, the money man. He took care of everything and then some. He bargained an extra percent off my interest rate, telling the loan company that I wanted to stay with them even though they weren’t the lowest. Tim got a great deal for me on the extended warranty and is going to the courthouse to get my plates, pay the taxes and get it registered. What in the world more could you ask for. when all was said and done, Norman explained how to use everything in the car with patience. I was very unfamiliar with a lot of the extras and had a lot of questions which Norman had all the answers to. To a huge thanks to everyone that helped me get a new car when I wasn’t actually in the market for yet. I love it! More
